Asiwaju Tinubu will break the Nigerian constitution if he is sworn in without meeting the requirements, according to Tony Nnadi, co-convener of the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination (NINAS).

 

Nnadi claimed that breaking the law would encourage others to do the same in an exclusive interview with Radolf Okonkwo.

 

Hear him out: “You are in violation of the Constitution if you assert that the winner will now serve as president despite a 25% deficit in the federal capital territory. You’ll then be asking everyone else to disregard the Constitution. If you are aware of what it means to violate the Constitution, you are free to defy any of the institutions it established.
