According to Prof. Nwaokobia who appeared in an interview on Arise TV today..

 

“The president who will superintend over Abuja must be deemed to be popular in the state, he must win 25% of the votes cast. So our matter in court which we are going to resume tomorrow in Maitama Abuja is simply saying you should not swear in a man as president until the court determines a status as president elect or president select.”

“Now if the law says he must win 25%, do the citizens, indigens and residents in Abuja have the right to that the man who will superintend over Nigeria from Abuja wins 25% in the state? The answer is yes. Now the argument before the judge to determine whether he can ask for the postponement of the swearing in ceremony of the president, then the answer is yes.”
