As Rema’s admission into unilag makes the rounds, Scooper News brings you a list of celebrities who have gone back to school despite the fame.Davido

Davido reached a milestone moment in his professional and personal life, finally bagging a degree in music. He was not exactly an illiterate before he broke into the limelight. The DMW boss who comes from a wealthy home was sent abroad for university studies but he dropped out in order to pursue music.

This prompted his dad to sanction his return home and put him in a private university in Nigeria right after Davido had become a music sensation in the country.

Davido has a major in music from Babcock University. A fun fact to note is that OBO was the pioneering student of the music department.

In 2018, which was relatively a good year career-wise for Teni, the plum singer also achieved a feat by graduating from the Georgia State University in the US.

The singer took to social media to share a video of herself in an academic gown while singing her smash hit, Uyo Meyo. Taking to Instagram 4 years ago, Teni wrote: Had to sing to traditional Ondo song. Iyo meyo leun o San o kan mi o e. Because I’m happy for others, I too shall celebrate.
