Dr. Mrs. Oby Ezekwesili, the former minister of education, has taken the time to respond to some Nigerian lawmakers who have spread falsehoods about her, calling on them to appear on Arise Television so they can be exposed by renowned Nigerian journalist Oseni Rufai.

Oseni Rufai has been attacked on numerous occasions by Nigerian lawmakers, most notably those from the ruling party, who have accused him of being a partisan journalist due to the way he constantly grills them and demands proof whenever he conducts an interview.
