He said he was told that Peter Obi has given instructions that Apapa should be lynched if he appears at the court. He said Kennedy Ahanotu told him that Obi said they should waste anybody and that nobody is going to do anything.

Abayomi Arabambi noted that when Obi came to the court, he was in company of criminals. He said when the mob made it clear that they were going to attack them, himself and others informed them that Nigeria is not Anambra state and that nobody in Anambra should think they are superior to anybody in the Labour party or in Nigeria.

Abayomi Arabambi said “Kennedy Ahanotu sent me a text message yesterday that if Apapa should come to that court, we would be lynched, he said they have the instructions of Peter Obi to waste anybody and that they’ve been killing people in Imo state, and nobody is going to do anything. We dared him and say we’re going to come.

“He came with the criminals, Peter Obi and all of them came together, they pretended they didn’t see us in court. Abure gave them the signal that they can go ahead, they now went outside and stood outside, they were just being rowdy, they said they are going to mob us, kill us, and we dared them.

We told them, this is not about Imo or Anambra state, nobody in Anambra should think they are superior to anybody in Labour Party or in Nigeria.”
