Chief George has stated clearly that he’s not running away from the country because Bola Tinubu has emerged as President-elect.
He noted that he’s going to leave the country because he doesn’t want to be part and parcel of the incoming government.

He said, ”There is a state of helplessness and hopelessness for this boys on the street. What is Alpha Beta company doing? They can send down money to establish programme for these young minds.
They are not projecting for the future. We have been talking and talking. But if they don’t want to listen, I don’t want to be part of that. I’m not running away because he’s President, I’m going to where I will have peace of mind until God calls my flight.”
