The Governor of Ebonyi State and Senator-elect for Ebonyi South, Dave Umahi has alleged that if there was manipulation of votes, it would be in Lagos State where Bola Tinubu had served as Governor for quite a number of years.

He also argued that in the swing states where the APC had governors and larger chunk of party representatives, the party failed to win the state.

According to him, if they had manipulated the election as the opposition had claimed they should have won in Katsina, Kano, and Kaduna in the Presidential election.  Continue Reading>>>

He stated further that the Labour Party has been unable to show the doctored results with the results on IReV.

He said, ”There is no manipulation, Bola Tinubu won the election free and fair.

I used to tell people if there was manipulation of results, it would be in Lagos where Tinubu was governor.

Where Asiwaju transformed to a new modern state. If there was manipulation, it would be in President Muhammadu Buhari’s state.

It shows that the election was free and fair. If Asiwaju and Shettima manipulated the election, they would have done that in these states that were swing states.

The IReV that they are talking about, the Labour Party people have not been able to show the manipulation. They are not allowed to discuss matters that are in Court.”
