Callistus Okafor asked the rhetorical question in an interview with Arise News during the Newsnight program when he was asked whether he is ready to settle out of court in order not to affect the chances of the party presidential candidate at the tribunal.
Callistus Okafor said that he is not a troublesome person as those who know him can attest to the fact that he is peaceful.

“This case in the court now, I went to Federal High Court on the 23rd December 2021, Peter Obi came to Labour Party May 28th 2022.
That means I’ve been in the court 6 months before his arrival, he knows there is a problem, why didn’t Obi at least say let me see this man and hear from him? Like Donald Duke and Mimiko did. But Peter Obi did not”
He then said, it is not compulsory for Peter Obi to reach out to him if he doesn’t want, because like he said, he had made several attempts to do that.
