Guests at the victory party hosted by Wike's PDP in the state refused to dance, according to APC's Darlington Nwauju

Darlington Nwauju, the All Progressives Congress (APC) spokesperson for Rivers state, recently conducted a press conference to outline the party’s position on the contest for governor of that state.

When invitees to the victory celebration hosted by the People’s Democratic celebration (PDP) of Governor Nyesom Wike declined to dance, the party, according to Nwauju, was not shocked. Nwauju also alleged that members of the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) and INEC officers helped rig the election on election day. (INEC). He asserted that the APC in Rivers state considers the results of the governor’s race to be proof positive of political corruption in the state.

The PDP, according to the APC spokesperson, rigged the election, and the evidence backs up the APC’s position, he claimed. The APC in Rivers state, he added, is dedicated to making sure that the will of the people is upheld in future polls.
