Abubakar made these allegations while responding to Tinubu’s objections to his petition, in which Abubakar claimed that Tinubu was not qualified to run for the 2023 presidential election.
According to The Cable, Abubakar stated that Tinubu has inconsistencies in his date of birth, state of origin, gender, and name. Abubakar also claimed that the degree certificate Tinubu allegedly obtained from the Chicago State University actually belongs to a female, referred to as “F” in the certificate, and not to Tinubu. Abubakar accused Tinubu of demonstrating inconsistency with regard to the secondary school he attended and the universities he claimed to have attended.
In his words, “According to reports, the degree certificate of Bola Tinubu, the second respondent, which is said to have been obtained from Chicago State University, belongs to a female identified as “F” in the certificate and not to him.”
